Construction Process 1. Current Condition Survey and Diagnosis Check for cracks, subsidence, and reduction in strength, and develop a reinforcement plan. 2. Surface Preparation Remove dirt and deteriorated areas from the concrete surface (grinding) and perform treatment (Teflon TW-1P) to improve adhesion. 3. Application of Aramid and Carbon Fiber Sheets Adhere the fiber sheets to the foundation using epoxy resin (New Teflon TC-4101). 4. Epoxy Resin Impregnation and Curing Allow the resin to penetrate, solidify the sheets, and promote integration with the concrete.
